Aromatherapy
A blend of organic floracopeia essential oils is created especially for you and your particular needs. Massage includes
a combination of Swedish, lomi lomi and deep tissue techniques to bring your body back into balance. This is
great for those who are jet lagged or under excess stress. One of our most popular treatments. Light to firm pressure.

Shiatsu
Shiatsu applies gentle but firm pressure with thumbs, palms, knees and elbows to open and restore
the flow of energy in the body. Breathing is emphasized in this treatment. Great for individuals
looking to clear their mind and restore balance in their body.

Deep Tissue / Sports Massage
This orthopedic massage is designed to reduce pain and release restrictions in the body. A combination
of stretching and neuromuscular techniques is used to free the body. Recommended to treat injuries, work
out athletes' tight areas or for those who receive massages regularly.

Crystal Energy Massage and Cocoon
Designed to bring your body, mind and soul into a deep meditative state. Treatment begins with a lavender
oil massage. Lavender is known to promote consciousness, health, love and a general sense of well being.
Crystals are then placed along the body chakras and reiki is preformed. Recommended for those looking for
deep relaxation.
